Ever since the “French bull dog puppy can’t get up” made a killing on Youtube, I have not been able to look past French bull dogs. In my opinion, I really do feel like that that Youtube video really brought the French bull dog to the attention of many…people who seem to not get enough of cute animals on Youtube. 3 million + people to be exact. To advertise Samsung’s Ultra Touch phone, commercials featuring 38 animals were used to demonstrate 8 different uses for its AMOLED touch screen. I’ve never seen anything more cute and genius (this week). Its genius lies in the fact that the phone is called Ultra Touch and when you think about it — what else do you want to do to cute animals? Hamsters playing jazz instruments in a jazz band for a British bottled water commercial hardly makes any sense, but gosh darn if it isn’t so cute! The only connection I can see between this commercial for bottled water and a hamster jazz band is the idea that jazz musicians encounter a lot of drinking problems. It’s a fact, some people can whistle, some people can’t. Is it genetic? Who knows. All I know is that whistling is especially cute when cute animals do it that aren’t birds.
