If I could live in a Youtube video, I’d want to live in the Sugarbunnies’ Blanc Noir video. Sanrio’s Sugarbunnies is a Japanese anime series produced by Toei Animation.The series centers around and is based on the character duo (Shirousa and Kurousa) of the same name. In a nutshell, they’re alien bunnies that somehow end up on Earth and make friends with a patisserie chef. Ever since the “French bull dog puppy can’t get up” made a killing on Youtube, I have not been able to look past French bull dogs. In my opinion, I really do feel like that that Youtube video really brought the French bull dog to the attention of many…people who seem to not get enough of cute animals on Youtube. 3 million + people to be exact. This particular French bull dog named Shio, deserves just as much attention as she is this week’s Cute Creature Feature pick. More »

When parents upload videos of their children online, sometimes it is cute, while other times it is not. In those cases where it is not cute, a child looks lost and awkward while obviously being directed by his parents off camera. But those other times when it is cute, the child is a ham for the camera and comes off with a certain charm about him. The five year old Japanese boy with a ukulele falls under the category of the latter. His videos have been making their rounds on the internet since late last year, and he has garnered a small cult following. That is not surprising find out. I often mention that I tend to explode over looking at cute things, but I’m never expected to be taken literally. The Cute Things Exploding Youtube channel requires that you take their videos literally. The basic premise behind the videos featured in the Cute Things Exploding channel is that every cute animal video I’ve featured here ever…explodes. As in, each video is edited to feature a convincing explosion. It’s kind of sick and maybe not so Peta-friendly, but at the same time…it’s cute. More »

In selecting the 10 Cutest Youtube Animal Videos of 2009, I had only two requirements. One, that they must be super freakin’ cute animals and two; at least a million other people thought so. So, this week’s Cute Boy of the Week is literally…a cute boy. At only 15, soul/R n’ B singer Justin Bieber has to date, 80 million views on his Youtube channel. It was actually Youtube that brought his talent to the attention of Usher who then helped him sign on to Island Records. 80 million Youtube hits and attention from Usher can’t be wrong. Needless to say, Justin Bieber’s got amazing vocal chops. More »
